  • $60K - $70K + super, casual with view to a permanent position
  • Be paid for every minute you work - regular penalty rates where required

OUR FACILITIES:      
 
Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10 minute drive North of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.        
 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:      
 
Due to an increase in demand, we are expanding our Production team.  Production staff are engaged to assist in the manufacture of Triple M products. Success in the role relies heavily upon the strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regards to Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Service and an ability to follow all directions as provided by the Supervisor and Company Management.          
 
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas:    
 
ASSEMBLERS & PACKERS
  • A good knowledge of hand and air tools - a must.
  • Able to read and follow building instructions and job lists. 
  • Quick, eager, able to work in a team and meet targets.
MACHINE OPERATORS & RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING
  • Previous machine operating experience – CNC, Presses, Turrets, Guillotines, Bandsaws, Grinders.
  • Raw material processing experience – cutting, drilling, bending, grinding, linishing.
  • Performing routine checks and key component measurements, in accordance with our work procedures.
  • Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:
  • Previous factory/ manufacturing experience - highly regarded.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport - a must.
  • Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm.
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work positively in a team environment.
  • A great attitude to work and helping others.
  • A current resume with 2 recent referees.
