The Role

Rewarding Admissions/Client Services Coordinator position available, working in a beautiful location on the Mornington Peninsula. We are seeking someone with a solid understanding of aged care (Fee Contributions, Bond (RAD & DAPS), periodic payment, to be the face of the organisation, fostering and building relationships with a range of stakeholders from customers, families and community groups.

Reporting directly and working alongside the Facility Manager the Aged Care this will be a key adviser role to the business, improving services, improving and growing the facilities image and reputation, managing contracts/ financial matters and helping the group's Facility Manager.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute aged care professional to be part of a growing business, where your day to day activities will play a key role in the future success of the business. 

The Requirements
  • Demonstrated Aged Care experience
  • Aged Care legislation/ entry and exit knowledge 
  • Experience in a similar role in the regard to: Fee Contributions, Bond (RAD & DAPS), periodic payment and retentions in Aged Care sector.
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Ability to build and grow relationships
