Unique Admissions & Occupancy Lead position available, working for a progressive & supportive health & aged care organisation. This newly-created role will allow you to grow with & within this dynamic aged care group. We are seeking someone with a solid understanding of aged care (Fee Contributions, Bond (RAD & DAPS), periodic payment, to be the face of the organisation in NSW, fostering and building relationships with a range of stakeholders from customers, families and community groups.

THE ROLE
  • Developing & implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates
  • Generate & roll-out action plans to meet occupancy goals
  • Develop & maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Coach & mentor the sales and customer service teams at site level
  • Identify changes in the market and act accordingly to ensure occupancy targets are being met
  • Coordinate marketing projects and work with on-site Managers to identify opportunities\

THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a similar role in the regard to: Fee Contributions, Bond (RAD & DAPS), periodic payment and retentions in Aged Care sector.
  • An understanding of the Aged Care Sector's guidelines and legislation
  • Valid Drivers Licence - This role will require regular travel
  • Valid police clearance
  • Well-defined networking, relationship management & customer service skills & experience
  • Well-defined written & verbal communication skills
