Aged Care RN / Community Manager Dual Position - Cairns

The Role 
  • Develop Care Plans working with the client and their family, along with other health professionals
  • Coordinate all aspects of service delivery in line with the Care Plan
  • Coaching and performance managing staff
  • Assisting with and identifying new business opportunities
  • Responsible for the clinical care of the residents
  • Reviewing care plans and ongoing assessments
  • Working closely alongside the Community Manager
  • Promote a positive and consistent working environment
The Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration required
  • Demonstrated experience in Home Care/Community/Residential services (aged care) - Essential! 
  • Ability to be proactive in decision making and certainly have a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience leading & managing staff
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Superior interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solve
  • Permanent residency in Australia - no visas!
  • Valid Australian Police Check
