I am currently working with a provider in Hobart that offer a unique set up when it comes to the care services they offer within the local community. With services already established like Aged Care, Community Care and Primary Health, this organisation is looking to grow exponentially and offer all services to the community in one place.

This newly created role will see you manage the clinical governance across Aged Care, Community and Primary Health. As this is an evolving organisation, so to will your role evolve which is why we are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, forward thinking Registered Nurse.

Selection Criteria:
  • AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Div 1)
  • Experience in aged care, community care or primary health care.
  • Understanding of aged care legislation & accreditation.
  • Understanding of ACFI funding
  • Understanding of Community funding 
  • Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Clinical Governance.
  • Be a team player - Excellent culture at this organisation
