I am currently working with a NFP organisation that have a Facility Management vacancy in their 100 bed facility based 4 hours from Adelaide. As part of a larger SA based company this home requires an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations.

To be successful you must have:
  • Registered Nurse qualifications (APHPRA registration)
  • Extensive Residential Aged Care management experience or an experienced Care Manager looking to take the next step
  • Experience managing staff 
  • Ability to train, educate and motivate staff
  • Experience across financial management & budgets
  • Experience across Accreditations, Aged Care & legislation & OHS
  • High level communication skills
  • Fantastic Leadership skills
  • A clear road map & understanding of the future of Aged Care.
