Finance Manager- Aged Care

Growing Aged Care provider, requires a leader for their Finance team to join their organisation at this exciting time. 

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, leading the finance team and as a key member of the executive team, this role is responsible for strategic financial planning and management. The role will provide strategic oversight and review, ensuring business planning, financial and management reporting and analysis, and cash flow are in place to meet the growing needs of the organisation.

  • Provide leadership in the evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
  • Report on financial compliance
  • Advise on the financial implications of business activities and investments
  • Manage critical relationships with key financial stakeholders
  • Manage cashflow, forecasting impacts of current and future property developments
  • Lead the risk and compliance management frameworks
  • Deliver a broad customer focused business service remit through the organisation
 Experience Required: 
  • Degree qualified and CPA/CA qualified
  • Experience in a similar senior business finance role 
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to express complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals
  • Confidence in leading change
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Well-developed skills in business partnering, effective collaboration and ability to influence
  • Aged Care experience/ understanding of legislation 
  • Strong time management skills and outcome driven
