About you:
  • Accomplished and well regarded in technology, data or analytics circles
  • 10+ years in a client-facing role with a proven track record in direct enterprise software sales and working with strategic alliance partners
  • No stranger to quotas and you have been instrumental in delivering 6-7 figure deals
  • An understanding of problems in realizing value from data in at least one industry
  • Has a good network and enjoys being people-facing. You have great interpersonal skills and like being out and about with prospects, clients and partners
  • Adaptable self-starter who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, but really enjoys taking on new challenges with minimal supervision
  • Always focused on the customer and value of the problem to be solved
Responsibilities:
  • Strong architectural understanding that you can use to solve customer challenges. This role is about describing how our technology will create value and remove barriers to data insights for our client
  • Maintain an unwavering focus on making sure their customers are getting the most out of their investment in their data exchange platform
  • Main point of contact for clients, using your technical expertise, great communication skills and creative problem-solving skills to scope, implement and configure the platform
  • Lead and support sales efforts to win pursuits
  • Proactively support the sales team and opportunities
  • Support clients to onboard, working with teams from IT, Risk, InfoSec, Legal, Data, Analytics and the business  
  • Work cross-functionally across internal teams to troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions and inform the development of the Platform roadmap
  • Develop scalable programs and processes to build customer trust, confidence, loyalty and advocacy
  • Get involved in projects that ensure we stay at the cutting edge of privacy-preserving analytics, data governance and multi-party computation.
  • Australian expert in secure data exchange, with mastery of the platform and roadmap
