The Company:

Our client, a highly reputable player in the healthcare sector is expanding rapidly and as a result is adding a key strategic marketing position to their organisation to develop the growth strategy across corporate and retail channels.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be an experienced marketeer with a strong tactical and operational lens. They will develop the brand and channel strategy to deliver overall business goals and enter new markets. Responsibilities will include:
  • Designing compelling marketing strategies to grow the business in line with commercial goals.
  • Complete extensive market research and consumer insights to support entry.
  • Managing the product portfolio, identify requirements and liaise with Product and Brand Managers to action and launch plans.
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive online digital offering.
  • Work with the company’s brand and values to the market in a compelling and engaging way, and to create brand awareness.
  Your Background:   
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, science, engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing across corporate and retail channels.
  • Proven experience using market insights and research analytic tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Digital marketing experience including social media marketing and content marketing in driving market reach and engagement.
