Our client is a well established market leading interiors company seeking an experienced Head of Sales to help lead and grow the business through an exciting phase. This will be a hands on role with full exposure to sales and making an impact and driving positive commercial change to the business, including building and managing a high performing team and selling to a range of Australia’s leading developers, architects, designers and builders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with some of Australia's leading builders, architects, designers & developers. 
  • Ensure the database is maintained and up to date
  • Business development - be hands on a develop a pipeline of work
  • Build, Manage and motivate a high performing team
  • Prepare activity reports for management
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience selling to a similar network
  • Strong commercial acumen 
  • A manager with the ability to develop a high performing team
  • A proven track record of exceeding KPIs and growing a business 
  • A bias towards new business and senior level customer relationships
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high expectation & fun environment 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
