Work the showroom floor and consult with designers, architects, builders & walk-ins for a high end, family run, flooring business in Waterloo

  • Full time permanent role
  • Four days b/w Monday - Friday (9 am - 5pm) and Saturday (10am - 4pm).
  • Opportunity to work with designers/architects/builders
Due to significant company growth and with showrooms in the Eastern states, this is an opportunity for a motivated and passionate Showroom Consultant to join the team in Waterloo to provide customers with exceptional service and encourage them to pick this company as their timber flooring supplier.

While managing the showroom floor from day to day, you are also the first point of call for clients (walk ins, telephone, online enquiries) and are responsible for efficiently obtaining all information from clients and either passing this onto the relevant sales person, or managing the client yourself. 

Our client is a premium timber flooring company which provides high quality, design driven product and service Australia wide. They are well known within the market.

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the showroom
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Manage all walk-in clients and online inquiries 
  • Work towards achievable sales targets 
  • Assist with sales admin
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships 
  • Ability to reach sales targets and benefit from team targets
  • Experience using Microsoft Office & CRM system
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience in a showroom/high end product environment highly regarded
