An exciting new role has become available at an established and growing business within the healthcare industry with several studios in NSW. Our client offers an extensive range of services to their clients in the dental space and pride themselves on their attentive and high level of customer service. 

Our client is looking for a General Manager to assist them in their growth ambitions of opening more centres and continuing to drive a high level of customer service.  

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and lead the successful day to day operations of 4 studios & 35+ staff 
  • Business strategy, including expansion ideas of additional studios 
  • Analyse available data to capitalise on trends 
  • People leadership & direction 
  • P&L management and delivery including marketing budget and spend 
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Formal qualifications in Management or Business 
  • Previous managerial working experience within a customer service orientated business 
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and motivated by growth
