The role
In this role for a Senior Architectural Technician you are responsible for leading a broad range of complex, high end and often high spec projects which include; commercial, tertiary education, public, Tikanga maori and sports facilities.
You are responsible for producing drawings and documentation in Revit, you will detail projects to a very high quality. You will provide solutions to complex issues, coordinate BIM, liaise with other consultants ensuring clashes are detected early. You are responsible for model management working closely with the team providing support.
You will develop the design through the design stages, through to site observation in the construction phase ensuring the projects design integrity.

The Ideal Candidate
You could be an Architectural Technician or Graduate, with at least 8 years experience.
You will enjoy collaborating to enhance the teams understanding of Architecture and your own, you will be comfortable presenting your ideas and upskilling others in Revit and BIM.
Technically minded with a high proficiency in Revit you will have an excellent understanding of BIM and the management of the Revit model. You will have an excellent working understanding of NZS 3604 and other related building legislation.
This role is for someone ‘hands on’’ who can communicate effectively, coordinate with others and also produce drawings and documentation themselves.
