Our client is currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team based in central Wellington. This business is well known and is working on an awesome contract that requires an experienced Facilities Manager to manage. 

They are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and play an integral part in the growth of this business and in return, their career.

You will play an integral part of the wider onsite team but ultimately be responsible for working with the team to deliver on planned and reactive facilities maintenance jobs. You will need to be good with your time an be able to manage a team of tradies to ensure that these tasks are completed within the allocated time scales. 

You must be an excellent communicator to ensure that both the delivery teams and clients are communicated on a regular basis on a professional basis.

To be considered for the role you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, clientside or contractor.
