We are looking for a Property Manager who enjoys being out and about and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves!

  • Must have residential property management experience
  • No dealing with landlords
  • $65-75K per annum
Our client is a leading Property Management Group based in Wellington CBD and they are looking for a Property Manager to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis. Through several independent companies, the group owns and operates commercial office buildings, car parking buildings, hotels, residential buildings, industrial and retail properties. 

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for tenant and building management, H&S compliance, preventative maintenance and long-term planned maintenance. You will ideally have 3 years' experience as a Property Manager and be familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA). 

This role would not suit someone who is looking to sit behind a desk all day as you will be required to be on site and be hands on - working with the maintenance team and dealing with tenants on a daily basis. The key benefits to this role is that you have no landlords to report to, as you (the company) are the landlord and you work in a very dedicated and collaborative team.
