Looking for a switched on Office Manager / PA to support a busy and high functioning team with a wide variety of tasks.

A well established PQS Firm based in Wellington CBD is looking for a proactive and switched on Office Manager / PA to join their small but high functioning team on permanent, full-time basis. 

This is a varied role and would suit someone who is able to take ownership of their workload. Duties will range from meeting and greeting clients to bid / tender coordination (document formatting and proofreading) and will also have a big focus on general office administration and supplier management. Further to this, you will also be the PA to the Directors, including running some personal errands and be responsible for financial admin. 

The ideal candidate will ideally have 3-5 years' experience working in a corporate environment and have unparalleled organisational skills. Multi-tasking and time management will also be critical as you will be juggling a number of tasks at any given time. Exceptional MS Office skills are also required.
