RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Establish and maintain a model of best practice within the Practice group to assist in increasing efficiency 
  • Building relationships and educating the various internal stakeholders on the capabilities and value the Legal Operations team can add
  • Reviewing and ensuring that third party suppliers are used effectively by the Practice Group. 
  • Working with the Practice Group Leaders to identify and facilitate use of automation and technology to support matters and projects 
  • Identify trends, challenges & opportunities by analysing data and working with Partnership to develop operational solutions 
  • Providing Legal Operations coaching to ensure operational best practice is a core competency of all Corporate Lawyers 
  • Liaise with clients when required to assist the Practice Group win new work by contributing to pitches and proposals
About You
  • Degree qualified and experience in a Global firm or Professional Services
  • Project management qualification is desirable
  • Understanding of the legal process and typical work product in a law firm
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated Financial Acumen
  • Excellent systems skills Microsoft Office 365 suite and experience working with a Financial Practice Management system 
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
