As a result of continued growth, the Sydney office is now looking to recruit an Associate with 2-4 years' PAE within the Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety team.

Workplace Relations & Safety

The Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety team provide the full range of workplace relations and employment law services and advise a large number of Australia's leading companies and organisations. 

In Sydney, the team is headed by three partners and a number of other senior level lawyers

Position Description

This role will see you work across all three partners and you will provide advice across:
  • employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution
  • workplace strategy, in particular the implementation of change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining
  • employment and IR aspects of corporate deals
  • general employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
  • workplace compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures, and training.

Successful candidates will have at least 2+ years' of quality employment law experience.
