Our client is one of the worlds largest international law firms with a truly global dispute resolution practice. 

Litigation team

The three partner strong litigation and regulatory investigations practice handles some of Australia's highest profile pieces of corporate litigation. They work for some of Australia's leading financial institutions and corporates on matters spanning the globe in unison with their other international offices.

Position Description

This role will see you working for a tight knit Sydney based litigation team under the expertise of two legal 500 and chambers global recognised partners. 

You will be handling a mixture of corporate and banking litigation for some of Australia's leading corporations and financial institutions. The team also represents entities and executives in ASIC, ACCC and other regulatory investigations and enforcements actions.

They have a growing international arbitration practice.

You will be working closely with partners, counsel and senior associates on highly complex and large scale litigation.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have 4+ years commercial litigation experience from a highly regarded team. Ideally you will have exposure to financial regulatory, corporate and anti-bribery and corruption litigation. International arbitration experience would place you at an advantage, however, not a pre-requisite.

You will have an excellent academic transcript and great communication skills.
