Position Description

The Melbourne office of this premier law firm is in need of an intermediate level lawyer. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of matters covering advice on employment contracts, equal opportunity, company policies, restructuring, acquisitions and outsourcing, negotiation of Workplace agreements, industrial dispute resolution, OH&S, and compliance with Codes and legislation.

You will be a lawyer with between 2-3 years' employment relations law experience.

In addition, you will have:
  • a strong academic record; 
  • a willingness to work in a collaborative team; 
  • a developing to developed commercial awareness; and 
  • a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
