Corporate M&A Team

Our client's Corporate M&A team is lead by a well-regarded partner who has extensive experience in the corporate transactional field. In addition, the team is made up of leading professionals in the industry who have previously worked at top tier firms before joining this pre-eminent boutique firm. The team works with an array of high profile clients from mid-market, to large private companies and state-owned enterprises.

They cover the full spectrum of corporate M&A transactions, including private equity, capital markets, and public and private M&A. The work ranges across all industry sectors, including technology, mining, renewable's, retail and agribusiness.

Position Description

On offer is an opportunity to join this leading corporate M&A team, working alongside a team of experienced professionals. As a senior associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice on a broad range of corporate-related matters. You will be exposed to the firm's clients from day one and will be actively encouraged to market and attend business development functions.

The successful applicant will be a lawyer at the senior associate level with between 5 to 10 years post-admission experience, with a focus on corporate M&A law. This role will suit a lawyer looking to maintain a top-tier style practice, who is looking for a chance to join a growing elite firm and work alongside leading partners.
