Position Description
This is a superb opportunity for a driven and talented Senior Associate/Special Counsel with Industrial Relations/Enterprise Bargaining experience who wants to be part of a growing team within a market-leading practice.
You will work closely with pre-eminent partners and gain exposure to all facets of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters, including complex industrial relations, matters involving trade unions and work councils, complex transactions and restructurings, board-room matters, work health & safety maters, and other strategic issues.
You will gain exposure to clients in a range of industries including banking and finance, aviation, manufacturing, construction, retail, transport, mining, energy, charities, and the public sector.
Position Requirements
Our client is looking for a Senior Associate/Special Counsel level candidate (at least 5+ years' experience) with Industrial Relations/Enterprise Bargaining experience.
