A great opportunity to join a busy property team at a respected Christchurch firm.
- Busy team
- Work closely with a well-respected partner
- Broad range of property matters
This respected Christchurch firm is proudly Canterbury-based but have worked hard to establish client relationships and networks across the country. They believe that people are the heart of the business, as employees and clients, and have a philosophy that recognises individual needs rather than a cookie-cutter approach.
Their property team acts for a variety of clients including individuals, small to medium sized businesses and property developers, as well as the rural sector. Long standing relationships are the backbone of the practice and so you should value those clients and place their needs at the heart of your work. The role will see you working on a broad range of property matters including residential conveyancing, subdivisions, financing arrangements, Council requirements and general property matters.
The team is busy and need someone who can hit the ground running with a good foundation of property work and the desire to further their skills. To be successful in the role, you will likely have at least two years’ experience in property law gained in private practice, with an ideal of three or four years.
