Junior Administrator - Property

Our Client is a large Property Group with their head office based centrally on the Gold Coast. They are currently in the process of expanding their business and require a superstar administrator to join the team.

Reporting to the Office Manager your day to day duties will include the following but not be limited to : 
  • Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and visitors
  • Answering telephone calls, screening and directing calls to appropriate staff
  • Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming and dropping of outgoing Mail to post office
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Kitchen duties and running errands
  • Assisting with a range of administrative activity, this includes but is not limited to:
  • Filing documentation
  • Scanning documentation
  • Customer Service Team over flow tasks ie. following up documents/keys not received
  • Collating/Binding Documents
  • Keeping track of Office and Kitchen supplies to re-order
Previous experience working in a busy Real Estate Office or similar duties would be highly regarded. 

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, punctual, a quick learner, a team player with a positive attitude and who can take direction.

On offer is the opportunity to join a team of industry leading professionals. Centrally located offices. Salary in the region of $40-$45K + Super depending on skill set and level of experience.
