Responsibilities may vary, however, consist of:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients recovering from physical & psychological injuries
  • Be a point of contact for your clients & co-ordinate relevant treatment plans & ensure records are up to date
  • Be proactive in liaising with all parties involved including allied health practitioners, legal professionals, clients and employers
  • Focus on best practice management & successful RTW rates

To Be Successful:
  • Existing Workers Compensation case management experience required
  • Tertiary education desired  
  • Have a high level of communication skills, written & verbal
  • Have a high level of customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and have the ability to negotiate
