Seeking an experienced and driven business development manager to help my client grow their health services across NSW.

My client is a very reputable Occupational Rehabilitation Company that is currently expanding across NSW, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate business development professional to help grow their health services.

They are a forward-thinking company that has a well rounded knowledgable and experienced team based in Sydney.

Role
  • Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Maintain and develop new and current customer relationships
  • Cross-selling new products and services to new and current clients.
  • Design and implement new business development strategies.
  • Excellent marketing skills with a passion for networking and smashing goals.
  • Cold calling, targeting new clients and converting leads into new business opportunities.
  • Overcoming objections to secure mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships.
  • Attending industry events so you stay "current" in the market and providing feedback to your team on market trends.
You

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a health or occupational rehabilitation environment.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation and Injury Management systems.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and associated requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new business relationships within the Occupational Health Industry
