Newly created role based within a well recognised and well reputed organisation with flexible working and 2 or 3 day week optional. Newcastle

Based in Newcastle, you will be joining a well-recognised NSW based provider and working alongside the management team to advise across injury management strategies.

Liaising with injured workers, allied health practitioners and the internal team, you will be an integral member of the team to ensure RTW outcomes are met. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Implementing and negotiating injury management plans and monitor their progress
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to coordinate the rehabilitation of injured workers (ie Treating Doctors, Case Managers, Rehab Consultants etc.)
  • Working collaboratively with the claims team and senior management
  • Identify potential risks and implement Early Intervention Strategies to the business unit

To be successful:
  • Ideally, you will be allied health qualified inc Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellor or Rehab Consultant
  • You must be a strong team player, motivational and can help implement strategies across injury management
  • Able to start fairly immediately
  • You must have relevant experience
