Due to ongoing success and growth of the business they are currently seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to come on board on a 12 month contract basis. (Please note: Successful applicants MUST have Sales experience)

Inbound Sales Responsibilities
  • Attending to all inbound inquiries from potential new members
  • Understanding the customers requests and needs
  • Advising suitable cover over the phone
  • Processing applications and inputting of all information
  • Providing exceptional level of customer service
  • Work as part of a high performing team
Relevant skills and experience required
  • Experience in a Sales phone based environment (essential)
  • Previous experience dealing with administrative duties
  • Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in either an insurer or industry experience within a Health Insurance space is desired but not essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
