These opportunities suit PA's and TA's with:

  • Experience managing diaries, coordinating travel and events
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Professional, discrete and confidential approach
  • Exceptional Microsoft Suite skills with SAP and other operating systems knowledge as a bonus
  • Proactive attitude and initiative to stay one step ahead
Examples of key responsibilities:
  • Diary management, including scheduling time to ensure deadlines get met
  • Minute taking for executive meetings
  • Preparing board papers
  • Agendas, report writing, document circulation
  • Setting up meetings and arranging events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Arranging travel
  • Ad hoc administration

You must be able to start immediately and have the eligibility to work in New Zealand.
