Momentum Consulting is currently looking for experienced office administrators to join our temporary and permanent workforce. Your potential responsibilities may include:

• Fast and efficient data entry 
• Maintaining and updating records
• Organizing paperwork, filing, and scanning
• Integrating and compiling information 
• Managing schedules and workflow 
• General ad hoc administration as required

Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Administration experience within a corporate environment
• Introducing and maintaining streamlined administrative processes 
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Competency with additional computer systems is desired
• Experience in a role with a high volume of data entry and system use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language

You must be able to start immediately and have the eligibility to work in New Zealand.
