Reporting into the Adviser Support Manager and working alongside the Private Wealth Management Adviser team, this permanent position is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional client service and Adviser support.

Ideally you will have experience working within a financial services organisation related to Wealth Management, however this is not essential.

What is most important is that you are client focused, have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and bring with you strong attention to detail and proven administrative support experience, along with the following skills and behaviors:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, prioritise and work well under pressure 
  • A great team player and effective problem solver
  • Be able to establish strong relationships
  • Agile and adaptive to requirements of the team

This is a varied role that you can grow along the way, with the opportunity to implement process improvement down the track.  The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • On-boarding of new clients, including coordinating transfer of assets
  • AML compliance
  • Producing daily client reports
  • Coordinating client correspondence, including marketing activities and mail outs
  • Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Monitor settlements, debit balances and other daily reports
