My client is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to work in their medium sized team giving technical support on a portfolio of commercial sites.

  • Both FM and project work
My client is a busy organisation working on a large commercial portfolio.  This role is more a consulting type role which focuses on giving good advice to the wider team and overseeing FM contracts. 
Do you have:
  • Experience in Facilities Management, minimum five years
  • Experience working on FM projects
  • Robust stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ideally a relevant qualification or trade background
  • A valid work visa to work in New Zealand
