An amazing opportunity for a self-motivated, efficient, and customer-focused individual to join a successful healthcare company! 

There are four positions available and this role is a 6-week temporary assignment starting ASAP. 


About the Role 
This important role will see you coordinating and rostering a team of support workers and ensuring that your client’s needs are being met. Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.


Key responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and new clients and support workers
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls through our high functioning and technical phone and software system
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times and acting with a strong sense of urgency
  • Updating daily care rosters
  • Entering all client updates into the in-house computer system and ensuring that all information is entered is accurate

  • Enter all jobs into the in-house computer system ensuring that all information is entered is accurate
In order to succeed in this fast-paced and challenging environment, you will be able to demonstrate the following
  
Skills and experience:
  • High energy, compassion, and a drive to help people
  • Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and think quickly on your feet!
  • Experience in a call center environment would be advantageous, as would any experience within the health sector
  • Strong communication skills including excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Sound computer skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Have an excellent work ethic and a desire to learn and thrive
