Customer Service Advisor - Kiwisaver

Working on behalf of a large bank, we are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to respond to Kiwisaver queries.

  • Kiwisaver enquiries | Inbound and outbound calling | CBD Location
  • 6-month temporary position | Immediate start | $20 per hour
  • No weekend work | Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Excellent opportunity for experienced Customer Service professionals to provide services including sales, customer service, and product information in regard to Kiwisaver. 

Due to increased workload, our client is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team starting immediately. Training will be provided for 3 days. 

- Monday-Friday from 8.30am-5pm. (no weekend work).
- Kiwisaver enquires and general banking inquiries
- 6-month temporary assignment

Your duties will include: 
  • Make outbound and take inbound calls and provide a high level of customer service 
  • Provide information relating to Kiwsaver inquiries
  • Record accurate information and input data into the database
Ideally, you will have a background in telephone-based customer service within banking or financial services however face to face customer service may also be considered.
In addition, we require the following skills and experiences: 
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
  • Passion for customer service and a clear phone manner 
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve issues
  • Basic IT and data entry skills
  • Good team player
