Our client is a well known and respected organisation, that has been in the industry for over 100 years.

They are currently seeking an experienced and detail orientated administrator that will be based in the Wellington CBD,  to assist the Regional Manager in supporting their five branches.   This role is 27.5 hours a week typically Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work the occasional evening or weekend day.  Hours to be negotiated with the right candidate.
  
The purpose of the role is to assist with:
  • The organisation's membership services- processing applications, inductions, annual subscriptions, complaints process. 
  • Maintaining an internal database with up to date information. 
  • Ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions for the five branches and executives within the region.
  • Event management 
  • Production and distribution of membership correspondence and newsletters.
The above duties are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this role.  This is a very exciting opportunity to step into a very busy and fast-paced environment. 

The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional organisational and delivery skills
  • Experience in events coordination and some marketing communications.
  • IT savvy
  • You will be happy to work events and maybe even have some design experience.
