A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join an altruistic organisation creating and implementing change management strategies that maximise stakeholder adoption.

As a Senior Change Manager you will have excellent communication skills and be able to successfully engage with groups of culturally diverse stakeholders. Additionally you will have extensive experience working in complex organisations and be able to act as a coach managers and senior leaders to support them fulfil their role as change champions.
Knowledge & Skills required
  • Experience working with groups of culturally diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with iwi/ Maaori is ideal but not essential
  • Knowledge of Change Management processes
  • Project experience in a delivery capacity
  • Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across business units at all levels
