We're currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to take on a 2 month temporary assignment that may extend on depending on workload.

We're currently looking for a temporary Team Administrator to take on a 2 month assignment.   Starting as soon as possible, there is also the chance that this role may extend on depending on workload. 

In this role you will be responsible for looking after three senior Managers, as well as any other administration that the wider team needs.

Some of your duties may include the following:
  • Diary and calendar support.
  • Organising set ups for new staff members.
  • Dealing with invoices and coding.
  • Expense claims.
  • Reporting and document management.
  • Any further administration that the team requires.
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Previous experience working as a Team Administrator or similar is essential.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You will enjoy being in a busy active environment, and consider yourself a real people person. 
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
