About the role:
You will work as part of a team providing 24x7 monitoring, alerting, and support services across the client's Managed Service and Digital Planet environment using systems like Kaseya, AutoTask, ITGlue, etc.

This position is key to the development and delivery of an exemplary level of service to client's valued customers.

Key requirements:
  • Remote Monitoring and Management support and configuration of customers’ infrastructure
  • Infrastructure troubleshooting, configuration, and support
  • Maintaining and building the current documentation in place
  • Interacting with and managing 3rdparties on problem and ticket resolution
  • Imaging and systems deployment
  • Proactive system upgrades and patching
  • Backup Management and Support
  • Both lead and support PS projects of varying importance and scale
  • Assess infrastructure changes, raise awareness for potential impacts and play a key role in change management governance
  • Out of hours and on-call support as required
 
This is a permanent position, based in central Auckland.


About you:
  • Previous experience of working in a Managed Services environment
  • Highly proficient with systems like Kaseya & AutoTask.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and support is a must
  • Excellent understanding of networking and security
  • Team Player attitude  – flexible and approachable
