We have a fantastic opportunity available for a proactive individual with previous experience in customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional levels of customer service and a professional experience to internal and external customers

Key duties will include:
  • Respond to general queries (calls, emails, website, lettersletters) regarding services and programmes available through the organisation.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain additional information for applications.
  • Contribute to and maintain a continuous improvement register to capture suggestions for system and process improvements.
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the team that will enable them to meet their targets.
  • Ensure all aspects of data entry requirements is actioned in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
  • Provide an ad hoc administration support required from the team. 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Good understanding of information and data collection systems.
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent level of proficiency in MS Office skills, data management and computer troubleshooting.
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Applies knowledge of Te Reo Māori and Mātauranga Māori to their role and where applicable commits to ongoing development.
