The firm:

This small, boutique firm specialising in Commercial Law, are in the market for an experienced Property Executive to join their growing team. The firm is based in Auckland Central and encourages an energetic and vibrant environment, which enables them to succeed in all aspects of their work.

The position:

Ideally, you are energetic, mature and seeking a new opportunity in a close-knit team. Perhaps you are a parent juggling children at school, or a driven individual looking for work flexibility.
You will support a small but busy Property team, therefore previous experience is essential to assist in the team operating as seamlessly as possible from the get-go.
You will encounter a diverse range of Commercial Property work and will therefore be tasked with:
  • LIM reports
  • Title plans
  • Building contract purchase agreements
  • Loan agreements
  • Trust resolutions
  • AML due diligence
It is important that you have a good understanding and preferably previous experience in all or some of the above areas of Property Law so that you can hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
  • Friendly and personable approach
  • Team player
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Speed and accuracy
  • A passion for the law
  • Relevant experience in Commercial Property Law
  • Legal Executive diploma
  • Excellent written, verbal and plain English skills
