The opportunity.

Employsure is one of the fastest growing companies in Australia. At the core of its strength is our Solutions team and the innovative work we are doing with Salesforce. You will work alongside Salesforce Developers, Project Managers and Business Analysts.

You will be responsible for Salesforce administration and support across multiple project and departments. The team is collaborative and supportive and this gives huge scope to share and grow knowledge.

This role is the liaison between our Salesforce users, management, IT, software providers and development teams within our offices across Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland.

Key accountabilities. 
  • Troubleshoot and working with end-users to ensure that software meet their needs 
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce and Advice, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page payouts and validations 
  • Working with management and end-users to create and manage workflow rules, data validation, and triggers 
  • Project management and delivery of updates to internal systems and management reporting  
  • Train new and existing users 
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards  
The right person will have: 
  • one years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred 
  • understanding of relational databases and data integration tools 
  • experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex 
  • excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • close attention to detail, and  the ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple projects
