The opportunity
  
Employsure has experienced exceptional growth and success in Australia over the last nine years, and with ambitious expansion plans, this role is as an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the business services sector and build a career while helping us to build the future of Employsure. To help build our business in Brisbane, we are now seeking a Sales Trainer to coach and develop of all new TeleSales Consultants journeys in our state of the art Brisbane office.

Working within our Sales Academy, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring all new sales staff who join Employsure. These Sales Consultants would work closely with our Business Development team in the field, and they will be speaking to potential clients about our market leading HR and WHS service, and SAAS solution, while understanding the issues they are facing within this space with the aim to securing a face to face meeting.

What are we looking for?
  
A successful Sales Trainer at Employsure is capable of:
  • Driving activity and performance to hit KPI’s in a cold calling telesales environment
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing all new starter within our Employsure sales team
  • Creating training packs which could be delivered 1 on 1 or classroom based environment
  • Listening to and monitoring the quality and duration of calls, providing regular feedback to drive results
  • Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring that their team is also compliant
  • Priming all new starters to hit a certain level of performance in order to "graduate" from the Sales Academy and move into their permanent long terms teams 
  • Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service

The right person will have

  • Experience in a previous Contact Centre or Sales Trainer role
  • Track record of working within a sales environment whereby you are coaching and nurturing new starters to hit set sales KPI's and targets
  • A proven track record in improving team performance and a real focus on coaching 
  • A real passion for coaching and developing staff to "Be Better"
