The opportunity.
  
With over 27,000 individual clients across Australia and New Zealand, Employsure's Client Experience Specialists are responsible for dealing with client issues and concerns with a 'Client is King' mentality embedded in every interaction.
  
You will be joining a high performing team whose reputation within the business is second to none and are connected to every part of the business. The opportunities for growth within the team are great as well as the potential of expanding into other parts of the business.
  
In this role, there will be a variety of administrative tasks from monitoring the email inbox for the team through to client interactions. Your focus on the smaller details will be paramount and will ensure you are successful in this role.
 
Key accountabilities.
  • Be the right hand to the Client Experience Specialists Team
  • Manage and monitor the email inbox for the Client Experience team
  • Respond to inbound queries from clients and escalating if necessary
  • Administrative support to the rest of the team
The right person will have:
  • experience in a fast paced environment
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • a positive attitude and be ready to get stuck in
  • a good eye for detail
  • experience handling client complaints will be ideal 
  • previous banking or insurance industry experience is highly regarded
