The opportunity

To help build our business in Auckland, we are now seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead our Outbound Sales function in our state of the art Auckland office.

It is a role which sees you achieve great earning potential with performance in your own role while also coaching your team to deliver similarly great performance. Working closely with our Business Development team in the field, you and your team will speak to potential clients about our market leading HR and WHS service, and SAAS solution, while understanding the issues they are facing within this space with the aim to securing a face to face meeting.

What are we looking for?
  
A successful Sales Team Leader at Employsure is capable of:
  • Driving activity and performance to hit KPI’s in a cold calling telesales environment
  • Coaching and mentoring the team through various channels 
  • Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring that their team is also compliant
  • Listening to and monitoring the quality and duration of calls, providing regular feedback to drive results
  • Achieving set sales targets and a focus on performing beyond this
  • Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service

The right person will have

  • Experience in a previous Contact Centre, Sales Team Leader or Sales 2IC role
  • experience working within a sales environment leading a team to hit set sales KPI's and targets
  • A proven track record in improving team performance and a real focus on coaching 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills 
  • Experience working under pressure and working to strict deadlines
  • The ability to think on their feet and solve problems
