The opportunity

Employsure has experienced astonishing growth over the last 9 years! Our award winning HR/WHS & SAAS solution has seen us expand our client base to over 27,000 SME's, grow to over 900 employees and 5 offices across ANZ. This in turn has created exciting opportunities within our Employment Relations Consultancy team!

This role is vital to the delivery of our service to new clients, consulting on the ER aspects of their business and developing a variety of employment documentation such as contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures to set them up for success. You will be required to quickly develop relationships with clients as well as providing specialist advice around Workplace Relations issues in a face to face environment via online video platforms or in person. 

Key accountabilities
  • Working with businesses face to face to understand their business and determine their HR needs
  • Creation of documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and procedures, bespoke to each client
  • Building relationships with your clients, acting as a subject matter expert for all things workplace relations 
  • Travel intrastate and around Australia as required
The right person will have:  
  • Formal qualifications and experience working within Employment Law, HR and/or Industrial Relations
  • Detailed knowledge of employment legislation including familiarity with the Modern Award system and National Employment Standards
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Intermediate computer skills, and a keen interest in learning new systems
  • A clean driving record and unrestricted drivers licence.
  • Experience in an autonomous role, preferably having worked in a role which required regional travel
  • Ability to travel to other areas in Australia at short notice
