The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be demonstrating your experience being the first point of contact for all inbound enquirers regarding products and services. Your duties will be but not limited to;
  • Receiving and managing business client calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Usage of programs - Amadeus and Galileo
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and support
  • Actioning customer orders and service requests
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service 
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  
The Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service role in Telecommunications
  • Previous experience in order processing
  • Previous experience in programs – Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Experience providing customer service B2B is essential to be considered
  • A high level of interest in ICT and technology
  • An exemplary ability to learn new systems and products quickly
  • Great working attitude and mentality
