As part of a well-established US based Managed Fund our client is an expert in creating win-win situations for Commercial landowners looking to leverage value from their assets. With a proven track record in the Australian market and an established sales team in place, the need has now arisen for a driven BDM to join the team.

This role will involve helping Landowners and Developers to leverage their property to generate revenue from the transfer of Renewable energy asset lease contracts. It's creating a win-win situation for each party where Landowners see up front payments and lease contracts are renegotiated directly with Energy Companies.

This is a role where you will have control of a full sales cycle in what is a supportive, highly driven team based in the City fringe where you will have a solid list of potential clients to sell into.
  
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to be a true deal-maker as you use you Renewable Energy sales experience to manage multiple stakeholders in major leasing deals with seven or eight figure valuations.

You will have control of a full sales cycle in what is a supportive, highly driven team. The best performers made more than $300K last year and you can expect to earn $200K in year one by hitting your targets.
  
You will be well compensated with an uncapped, flat monthly commission structure paid immediately after settlement as well as a base salary of between $80K - $90K + Super depending on your experience.
  
To be successful you must have at least 3 years proven new business sales experience in the Renewable Energy sector.

Most important, though, is a hunger to over-achieve and an ability to complete a full sales cycle with the tenacity to follow up prospects and overcome objections.
