Multi-site ACFI Coordinator

The Role:

Lead all aspects of ACFI administration, assessment, documentation and submission. Supervise and educate staff across 4-5 sites regarding key ACFI related information. Work closely with the teams on site to achieve optimal ACFI levels to best care for the residents. Play an integral part in the overall performance of the whole organisation.

- Facilities are Based in Sydney - NO Travel to Rural Facilities  
- Tools of Trade and travel expenses covered
- Competitive salary $90-100k (negotiable)

The Company:
A growing Aged Care provider in Sydney - This organization endeavours to work closely with staff to ensure the best outcomes for all residents and families. 
Key Experience:   
- Experience in Aged Care and knowledge of care assessments
- Minimum of 2 years' ACFI experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care legislation, Aged Care Accreditation - - Standards and the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
- Experience in preparing and submitting ACFI documentation for multiple sites
- Hold a driver’s license & have a registered Vehicle
- AHPRA registration is desirable
