Position
Seeking a Facility Manager to run a 60 bed facility in a rural town in Central West NSW. Under the new standards, you will lead person-centred quality care with residents and their families at the heart of your approach. You will successfully manage budgets, rosters, and occupancy to ensure the overall operations meet expectation. You will support upskilling within the team as required and ensure that the home is a positive environment for both staff and residents.  

Key Information
  • Well established not-for-profit Aged Care provider with a large portfolio of facilities. 
  • Package in the region of $120,000+super+salary packaging.
  • You will be given a handover by the current Facility Manager. 
  • You will receive Clinical Management support from the CCC as well as an Administration Manager. 
  • 24/7 RNs on site. 
  • For a Manager living further afield, option to stay on-site in an ILU during the week. Requires flexibility to step in at the weekend if required.
Requirement
  • Current AHPRA registration - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care.
  • Demonstrated experience with Aged Care legislation, ACFI and the Accreditation process under the new standards.
