THE ORGANISATION & THE FACILITY
  • Large Aged Care facility which has recently been opened
  • It has been purpose built and is described like a 5 star hotel
  • Located in Melbourne's South East - close to Wantirna area
  • The facility is part of a medium sized provider with facilities in Victoria
  • They have a fantastic reputation in the industry and really treat their staff well
THE POSITION
  • Facility Manager role - this role will focus on the overall operations of the company
  • This role will ensure the facility is compliant with the Aged Care standards
  • Underneath this role is an experienced Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses and Specialists
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Registered Nurse Qualification with current AHPRA Registration - this is not essential but is preferred for the role
  • Current/ recent experience as a Facility Manager within an Australian Nursing Home (within the past 12 months)
  • Working knowledge of the new Accreditation standards and ACFI
  • Passion for Aged Care
BENEFITS OFFERED
  • Attractive salary of between $140,000 - $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)
